The Traitor's Wife Giveaway: Day 3

Today's lucky winner is . . . Susan A! Most of you, by the way, answered #5. (I knew that degree in English literature would come in handy one day.)

Before I get to today's quiz, here's a quick note to click on over to the History Buff blog, where Michelle Moran has been kind enough to interview me. Michelle herself is a historical novelist whose book Nefertiti will soon be available. (Anyone who says, "Gee, you don't look a day over 30 in that picture on the blog," will get their entry entered twice in the upcoming quiz.)

And now to Quiz #3:

What unkingly activity did Edward II not engage in?

1. Thatching.
2. Tapestry making.
3. Rowing.
4. Digging.

Just two more days after this, so join in! (Deadline for today's quiz is June 14 at noon, EST. And by the way, this is National Parentheses Day, in case you don't know.)

I'm going to say thatching, but that's only because tapestry making sounds too interesting.

Great interview on History Buff! I found her website a few weeks ago and love the author interviews that she does.

Anyway, as to your question, I'll go with tapestry making (I have no idea what "thatching" is).

I'm going to go with thatching. Great interview!

Well - I don't remember him doing any tapestry making so I am going to choose that as my answer.

Hmmm, thatching or digging. I'll go with digging. He doesn't seem the type.

Hmmmm....I don't really remember this one either! I'll just go with rowing! Sounds...athletic!

Nice interview!

(I'm keeping my fingers crossed - your book looks wonderful. Love the cover, too.)

Tapestry making! Unfortunately - Edward busily stitching makes a nice image in my head...;)

And you don't look a day over thirty in that picture! :-)

Wow, you don't look a day over thirty in that picture! :-)

I'm thinking digging or thatching, he doesnt seem the type for either.
From that very reliable source the Mel Gibson movie "Braveheart" I'm sure I remember the tapastry. Just before his father ditched his lover out the window. I think i heard somewhere he liked boating, so i guess that includes rowing.
hmmm...digging....thatching...
I'll go for digging, can't imagine him shovel in one hand, needle in the other. But a needle in the thatch, why not.
Just in case your confused now.
He just didnt dig it!
